This approach combines a carefully balanced treatment formula, conditioning care and heat activation.
Your stylist selects the products and application to suit your hair, with care for both the hair fibre and its outer surface.
For you, the aim is simple: hair that feels smoother and more supple, looks glossier and is easier to style.
The benefits gradually fade over time. The treatment can improve the appearance and feel of damaged hair, but it does not permanently restore it to its original, undamaged condition.

Is Silk Refining Treatment suitable for bleached hair?
Yes, in many cases it can be suitable for bleached hair, depending on the condition.
However, we recommend waiting at least one week after bleaching before having this treatment.
Does Silk Refining Treatment repair damaged hair?
This treatment does not permanently repair damage. However, it can help improve the feel, body, smoothness and manageability of the hair.
Will my hair become hard or stiff?

Can I have Silk Refining Treatment while pregnant?
Silk Refining Treatment is not medically prohibited during pregnancy. However, the service may involve sitting for an extended period of time, which can cause physical discomfort. Can I colour my hair on the same day?
Yes, in most cases. We often recommend having this treatment on the same day as your colour service, as it can help enhance colour vibrancy, shine and overall finish.
However, depending on the colour service and your hair condition, your stylist may recommend doing the services separately for the best result.
How long does the result last?
The result normally lasts up to 6 weeks. However, longevity varies depending on your hair type, damage level, lifestyle and home care routine.
