Your appointments are very important to us.
While we understand that sometimes adjustments are necessary, the following booking policy will apply since the services are reserved specifically for you.
 

Cancellation / Reschedule – 48 hours’ notice please

We understand everyone has busy lives and sometimes circumstances are beyond your control.
If you have to cancel or postpone your appointment, please just let us know as soon as possible before hand, but at least 48 hours before your appointment.

There is no charge for rescheduling/cancelling an appointment that is notified in good time.
If you fail to make a 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment for any reason, the following fees will apply.

 

Late cancellation - 30% fee
No show - 100% fee for all bookings

We charge 30% fee for rescheduling/cancelling an appointment that is notified within 48 hours from your appointment for any reason.

If you fail to show up for your booking or you make a notice for rescheduling/cancelling after your appointment time, regardless of whether there was a notice that you would be late or not, you will be charged 100% fee for not showing up.

You will receive a confirmation request email and will be asked to submit your card details online after your appointment is set.
If you do not wish to submit your card details for the security reasons, we accept confirmation by paying a 50% deposit.

The booking will not be confirmed until your card details or deposit has been received, and we reserve the right to cancel any unconfirmed bookings.

 

Late arrival - Please arrive no more than 20 minutes from your appointment

Late arrival for your appointment means that we will not be able to spend the time needed to give you proper service, we will do our best to accommodate clients but we may not be able to do your hair.

If you are more than 20 minutes late for your appointment, regardless of last minute notice, your appointment will be considered a no-show and you will be charged 100% fee.
You will be asked to pay a deposit for your future booking.

 



Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services.
We will send a booking confirmation email to you 72 hours in advance because we know how easy it is to forget an appointment you booked months ago.
