Thank you for booking with HAYATO LONDON.

Your appointments are important to us, and we reserve time specifically for you.
To ensure fair availability for all clients, please kindly follow our cancellation and rescheduling policies below:
 

Cancellations & Rescheduling - 24 hours

We understand everyone has busy lives and sometimes circumstances are beyond your control.
If you have to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please just let us know as soon as possible before hand, but at least 24 hours before your appointment.

For any reason, if you fail to notify us in time to cancel or reschedule your booking, or if you simply fail to turn up for your booking, you will be required to pay a deposit for any future bookings as set out below.
 

Deposit Policy

We require a 50% deposit for first time visitors, perm/highlights/bleach/straightening/Silqy appointments and clients who have failed to comply with the 24 hour cancellation policy in the past.

Once your appointment is set, you will receive an email with a link to pay your deposit online.
Please complete your payment by the end of the day you booked.

Your booking will only be confirmed once we receive your deposit, and we reserve the right to cancel any unconfirmed bookings.

If you cancel or reschedule with sufficient notice, we will either refund your deposit or apply it to your new appointment.

If a registered card does not cover fees, an alternative payment will be required, and further bookings may be paused until any outstanding fees are settled.
 

Late Arrivals - No More than 20 minutes

Arriving late for your appointment means that we will not have enough time to complete the full service.
Whilst we will do our best to accommodate you, we may not be able to complete your hair if you arrive late.

If you are more than 20 minutes late, regardless of whether you have notified us, your appointment will be marked as a no show and your deposit will be forfeited.
A new deposit will be required for any future bookings.
 



Please understand that no shows or last minute cancellations prevent us from offering that time to other clients on our waiting list.
We will send you a reminder email 48 hours before your appointment to help you keep track, especially for bookings made well in advance.
