To ensure smooth service for all our clients, we kindly ask for your understanding and cooperation with the following booking policies.


Deposit Policy for First-Time Clients

To confirm your appointment, we require a 50% deposit (prepayment) of the service fee for all first-time clients.

After making your booking, you will receive an email with a secure payment link for the deposit.
Please complete your payment on the same day to secure your appointment.

Your booking will be confirmed once your deposit has been successfully received.
If we are unable to confirm your payment, your appointment may be cancelled at our discretion.

Cancellations or rescheduling made at least 48 hours before the appointment time will allow the deposit to be refunded or applied to a future appointment.

If payment cannot be processed using the registered card, you will need to provide an alternative payment method.
Outstanding balances must be cleared before we can accept any new bookings.


Cancellations & Rescheduling – At Least 48 Hours in Advance

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact us as early as possible and no later than 48 hours before your scheduled time.

For any cancellations, changes made with less than 48 hours’ notice, or no-shows on the appointment day, the deposit is non-refundable.
A new deposit will be required to book your next appointment.

For returning clients: If frequent last-minute changes or cancellations occur (the day before or on the day of the appointment), we may require a deposit for future bookings or decline further appointments.

Please note that for clients travelling from outside the area, our cancellation policy still applies even in cases of flight delays or cancellations.


Late Arrivals – Please Arrive Within 15 Minutes of Your Appointment

Arriving late may mean we cannot provide the full service as scheduled.
We will do our best to accommodate you, but the service may need to be shortened or adjusted.

If you are more than 15 minutes late, even if you have contacted us in advance, it will be considered a “no-show”.
In this case, your deposit will not be refunded, and a new deposit will be required to book your next appointment.


No-shows or last-minute cancellations prevent other clients from booking available slots.

To help you keep track of your appointment, we send a reminder email 72 hours prior to your booking.
This is especially helpful for appointments booked well in advance.
