Terms & Conditions

1. Earn 1 stamp per visit for haircut, colour, highlights, bleaching, body wave, digital perm, spiral perm, Japanese straightening or Silqy Organic treatment. No stamps for fringe trims, kids' cut, shampoo & blow-dry, Head Spas, Olaplex or Premium Moisturising Hair Treatments and all visits with student discount.

2. Complimentary Express Head Spas and Express Moisturising Treatments must be booked with a haircut, colour, highlights, bleaching, body wave, digital perm, spiral perm, Japanese straightening or Silqy Organic treatment or shampoo & blow-dry. Shampoo & blow-dry charges will be added to your bill if you have booked complimentary rewards on a stand alone basis. Take-home moisturiser booster not included.

3. Receive a discount on your next visit if you return within 2 months of the last stamp date, not the date of your last visit (excluding highlights, bleaching, digital perm, spiral perm, Japanese straightening, Silqy Organic treatment). Membership discounts only apply to cash payments and cannot be applied to other payment methods. Membership discount offer cannot be combined with other discounts.

4. Cards, stamps, memberships, and rewards are non-transferable and cannot be shared.

5. Stamps and rewards are not redeemable for cash and are non-refundable or replaceable.

6. All stamps and card status expire if no visit is made within 12 months of the last stamp date.

7. HAYATO LONDON reserves the right to make the final decision in the event of a dispute.
