Assistant Stylist ●Full-time: 45~60% of turnover after tax + tips (varies based on stylist rank and experience, minimum of £2100 is guaranteed) ●Rent chair: To be discussed (sales commission based) ●Extra incentives from product sales every month ●Increases by working period, skills and motivation ●Apprenticeship period normally takes 1~3 months (until passing shampoo, massage and blow dry tests) |
