Wet hair is combed and styled and then cut to the desired length.  Then, after drying with a hairdryer, hair is cut again.  Our stylist will consider the customer’s unique hair texture, hair volume, hair growth patterns, shape of the head, etc. to give you the best result.  This method is called our “Pictorial Sculpture Cut.”

Highlights are considered one of the most advanced hair coloring methods.  By creating contrast between a customers’ natural hair color and the highlight color, the two shades mix beautifully and you achieve a stunning but natural-looking result.  Also, we apply a slight gradation to the roots area, so your highlight color will look natural even with two to three months of hair growth.  Highlights brighten up your natural hair color, and this technique is especially popular at our U.S. and European locations.

Half Highlights

We will apply highlights to the hair at the top of your head (at the roots where your hair parts) and around the face only.   This is recommended for people who already have highlights and want to retouch the roots area.  It is also recommended for people who want to try highlights for the first time.

Full Highlights

We will apply highlights from the roots to the ends of your hair.  We recommend a layered style to show off your beautiful highlights.
 

Balayage, Ombre & SombreHair Color　＊Not eligible for member discounts

“Balayage” is a French word meaning “to sweep” or “to paint.”  It allows for a sun-kissed natural-looking hair color.
“Ombre & Sombre are a kind of Balayage but these Techniques are like a suddely Brightness changed from the middle part of your hair”

Body & Wave

This is our basic perm technique. We offer five different levels of chemical solution, and choose the one that best matches your hair texture and style you want. 
Normally wave lasts a month~3 months.

Digital

Perm technique that uses chemical and heat. Compare to normal perm, this allows to make loose and big waves and lasts about twice as long.
It is also recommended for those who want to loosen hair straightening and those who are not happy with regular perm.

Japanese straightening system with Japanese products that permanently transforms curly, unruly, frizzy hair into soft, manageable, and silky with amazing luster and shine. This versatile system allows us to customize the amount of curl you would like to control.

Organic Smoothing Treatment / Silqy Organic Smoothing *menbership discount is not applicable

A chemical free treatment developed using an organic molecule structure is completely washed out of the hair before styling, leaving the hair completely free of any kind of coating. The treatment does not break the sulfur bonds within the hair as no neutralizing is needed, and can be done on bleached / highlighted hair as well.

1. If you would like to Cancel and/ or reschedule within 48 hours of your appointment, you will be charged a 50% FEE of the service you were scheduled for. If you cancel/reschedule within 24 hours, you will be charged 100% of the service.  

2. Any lateness more than 15 minutes after the appointment time without a notice will be considered as no-show and will be charged 100% of the service. 

3. If you are not on time, we may not be able to provide the service you’ve booked for and may need to reschedule to another date. Cancellation fee will be charged 100% of the service if you reschedule to another date. 

4. TO THOSE WHO ARE TRAVELING Please avoid booking on the day of your arrival or your departure. Cancelling due to flight delays or cancels will not be an exception of our cancellation policy.  
5. Appointments now require credit card information for booking 

6.If you have dyed black within 2 years/ used a boxed hair color recently, we are sorry, but we may refuse the appointments for coloring. 

7. If we couldn`t get reply within 48hrs from your reservation, we may have to cancel your appointment. 

(Please understand that when you forget, cancel, and/or reschedule your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to book their appointment. Everyone has their own personal time that we would like to respect. Therefore, cancellation fees will apply to those who are inconsiderate)
